My best friend is dead mad at her weight at da moment, and she stay's depressed about it.
I want to help her out.
Her height is 5'8ish & her weight is 115 kgs, her waist is 44 ye.
so...
i fink if she does go on a diet n everyfin she can loose all ov it and be a waist 30/32 and weight 70/80
is 2-3 months time...
so..can ya help me out
wat diet she shud take + excercise's n all!?
please please..

erm....... well has ne1 herd bout d cornflakes diet... it was on d adverts n it works cos i no ppl hu try it n loose weight in 2 weeks basically u eat cornflakes for brekkie dinner and lunch das all u eat....no junk in between. try it

i know a diet u know the 'drop a jeans size' basically eating special k or crunchy nut for breakfast and lunch/dinner for 2 weeks

true say they do wrk but u have to bear in mind u not having all the nutrients u need. basically all she needs to eat no chocs and crispa and stay on healthy food and exercise regularly.
