my weight

hi.
i need to talk to some1 n i was told to come here.
i am verweight n am having loads of problems... i get cussed in collj n people always luk at me and think wtf...
i dont feel comfortable at all and have tried to loose my weight.. it jus doesnt seem to work... once dis girl was sitting next to me on the computer and her friend come and said X cme on or someone might eat u...
i wanted to cry after that and i fowt ill come and talk to some one...

i need help....

i hav stopped eating for 5weeks and i onli drink water or something but i done eat or have a bread with margarine.... i dne noe wa to do.. i jus dont see no difference.. i am from a poor family andi cannot afford a gym membership... i dnt understand why i am like this because i dont eat alot and ive been like this all of my life.... i even tryed to commit suicide cuz of what people wer saying to me.... i jus wana die....

i need help.....

ok well firstly starving yourself is not making things better it gains more weight, because yr body needs food etc. diets are just thick.. you should just cut down on junk food, and eat healthier.. and only eat three meals a day. and if u do get the urge to munch in between, then you could have fruit.

people who take the piss out of you, its better to just ignore it, because what your feeling isnt even affecting them, how do they know you've tried to kill yourself?? their just immature and wana luk good infront of their mates, when deep down they know its wrong.

stick to eating healthy for about a month and see if it makes any difference, u dont need to go to gym, you could do so many other exercise like walking, sit ups etc.

eat five small meals a day or 3 propa meals a day..make sure yu eat lots of fruit and veg. cut out on junk food..wheneva yu get the munchies, eat fruit or drink lots of water. if you drink 2glasses of water before your meals yu fill your stomach abit so you dont overeat.

OVERALL i rekon yu shud stay da same and dont change for no1. yu shudnt let wat dey say get 2 yu, if yu do, dey gonna fink dey won..b happy and love yourself 4 who yu r.

woah im quite shokd after readin dis. girl i dnt fink u shud take pplz comments so seriously as 2 wantin 2 commit suicide. i knw it must hurt alot but seriously lyk sabina sed, u shudnt change ur self jus coz otherz dnt lyk u 4 the way u r. but if u do realy wana change then try n eat only fruit and vegetablez n only drink water or any PURE juices. as well as eatin healthy get excercise, i knw u sed u cnt join the gym but regular set ups evryday will help alot, turst me im speakin frm experience. remember its a balancd combination between healthy foods and alot of excercise, dats wat wil help u lose weight faster. dnt try ne types of medicines tho, for example ne pills dat claim dey'l help u loe w8 r bullshit, jus do da naturaly. completely lay off dairy products as well, jus drink water and eat fruits/vegetables n fibres. try 2 avoid milk as well if u can. remember 2 do LOADS of situps, start frm 50 a day and go up in2 a 100-200 over tym. as well as sit up, try light weight liftin, dnt wory u wnt get muscles if u use small weights e.g 2kg or 4kg max. go joggin as well in da park n wlk around 2 places alot mor often. try 2 avoid usin ne kind of transport, try always goin on foot. also try 2 go out 4 an hour or 2 each day so u stay activ. i fink dats pretty much evryfin covered, hope it duz help.

50 - 100-200 sit ups? fawad she aint a man lol.. dont completely lay off dairy, yu need calcium..dont cut out on protein either.jus go 4 low fat yogrtz etc. n eat white meat e.g. fish, chiken..try stay away from red meat.

lisen huni, xatly wat iz 'fat' in ya eyz? wat size r yu if yu dnt mind me askin coz like i really am confused...maybe dem gyalz r propa anorexic lil twigz dat y dey tink yu 'fat' compared 2 em..i mean look at it dis way, curvy iz da new sexy..look at ppl like beyonce, j lo etc etc..ppl r havin surgery 2 have der bumz made bigger and put on more weight..b happy and b confident. if ya confident den no1 can say nethin 2 ya. x x x

listen m8... dont listen u them yeh! der jus muppets who aint anything else betta 2 do they think der reli bad showing off 2 ppl etc. u know wot they're jus cowards. "in one ear n out da other", jus ignore them. i know its hard but der aint no other way, n suicide isnt da option! dats jus like showing them dat ur week n giving in2 der bullshit. prove it 2 them n show em dat ur strong within, u shudnt let them get da better of u.

4rm wot u wrote... it sounds like all of dis has made u depressed. which is understandble, but u cant loose da wil 2 live. im sure if u put ur mind 2 it, try hard it will work, but u gotta hav dat self confidence n not loose faith within urself.

and rememba...'wot goes around, comz around!' they'll get der punishment.

well first of all you need to be comfortable with who you are,
dont give a shit about what other people think....i know it's easier said than done and you cant always do that but you gotta accept that even if you are perfect there'll always be someone to take the piss out of something just to amuse others.....

secondly restrict yourself....only 3 proper meals a day, avoid snacking, eat fruit if you want a snack

drink plenty of water...and juice, dont drink fizzy drinks

once in a while treat yourself with a lil cake or chocolate or something...

you dont need a gym to exercise, run around the block ( i know its embarrasing, my sister made me do it with her once and i had to wear a hat with a hoody so no-one would recognise me- best time is early morning)

or dance around your room! - thats what i do! :P
