Question Healthy Food!!!!!

I gtz a problem! I need2nw watz healthy2eat wen i'm out n bwt in uni or genrally out! Cause of my Football i gtz2stay healthy'n'in shape n i need2nw watz good2eat n filling!

I know i should alredy have th knwledge bt i aint lol!

Help me out plz!!!!!!

wen ur out and about especially at uni u shud look for healthy foods like sandwichez...brown bread is good for diegestion and is way more healthier den white (research showz dat sum cereals, white rice and white bread cn cause cancer in one of da organz dat i cnt rememba) try having healthy sandwhiches...salad bowls...pastaz...fruitz....take plenty of water and healthy drinks..if u go gym den have a prtein shake with ur sandwich...avoid junk food init! c'mon mani u shud kno these thingz man!...

Recently i bn tryna eat healthy.. Tryna hav a balanced diet.. Uno dem coco cola glassez.. i bn havin five of dem aday [filled up wit water ofcourze].. N eatin plenty of fruit n vegetablez [raw] also been cuttin down my portions.. so uzually i hav like 4 cookiez, now ive cut dah down 2 2cookiez.. been havin breakfast before i neva use 2 bother.. Also tryna cut down on da junk & eatin between.. Anuva fing i gotta work on iz goin sleep/waking up ON TIME.. i geh up at like 11 12 mayb 1.. go bed like 1 2 mayb 3.. soo yea!! Cba to work out atm.. so in late june ima start gain gym n geh a job.. need 2geh back into shape..recently gained a few poundz=S
