- What this means is, ALL members from DholAholic.com that have the SAME email address as their Facebook Account can now merge information.

- Members can change their email address to match their Facebook Account email address via USER CP here at DholAholic.com

// NON-MEMBERS...

- You can still log in DIRECTLY VIA FACEBOOK and choose a Nickname...

- This means you don't need to sign up with a new account here, or making a new password etc.... CUT THE HEADACHE OUT AND USE FACEBOOK DIRECTLY!

Ok basically iv been awake all day and night working on this project (dholaholic.com). We have coded a better newsletter system now so you will receive Rich HTML format emails into your inbox on a weekly / fortnight / monthly basis depending on what it is about and occasionally a random day if customers want their information to be sent out to everyone i.e. an event promoter wanting to promote her / his event.

Next of all, vBulletin will also be upgraded which will contain security bugs patched for security reasons (pretty obvious there), and we shall also add a few little bits and bobs for you guys to have an extra feel.

Up on request, we will also bring back the profile page, it will be near enough same concept as a myspace profile page but it will be on here... members can comment etc... same as before (old members will know what i mean).

We have also updated our Events section on this website, as you can see we have many events listed up for you guys to check out & purchase E-Tickets for... We are the leading website at the moment with all this content and more!

What we still need to do is upload Asian Ball photos, again as mentioned in an earlier post a couple of day's ago... This is purely out of my hands and Gurps will be getting this delievered to the offices in Northampton.

Moving on, We are just in the process of sealing down a few deals with a few big companies for dholaholic to help benefit both parties but favour us in the online new media.

Rumours / emails are coming in to us now and then about us hitting paper-based in 2008... well truth is we are soon to hit paper-based no doubt about that. We had previous plans 2/3 years ago to aim to get it out in early 2008 but things just didn't fall into place... However we also are going global in Canada / Germany / Australia / France and world wide real soon with our team - hold tight for that! Also any news regarding us hitting paper-based VIP members will be the first to know and have sneak previews of everything going on...

Radio station - we are soon hoping to do some kind of partnership with 2 radio stations in the UK... and no its not Club Asia before anyone in London e-mails us asking this... so hold tight for that as well.

Many miscellaneous things are in the pipe line as we speak, hoping to get things locked down and ready to come out for the new year.

More info will be posted here. This was just a brief update as iv made dozens of e-mails coming in about what's happening with us...

Thank you for logging on each day and becoming part of the discussions that take place here. Due to lateness in posting / reporting news on the site & updating events section & uploading event photo's... I have taken out the past 4 days working hard on this, day and night, right now its 5:30AM and i started working on it at 1PM (day before). This is a serious update and alot of money has been invested into this.

I am looking / hoping to get this relaunched this saturday (8th July 06) at the earliest. I shall go to sleep now and back on track first thing when im awake and get cracking on updates and exclusive stuff for members only.

Please be patient as I do have to look after other artist websites / dhol bookings / work & photography. You will notice the updates (if any) by 6PM tomorrow if i manage to get up and finish it.

We had problems with our database being corrupted and our server was playing up which caused all these errors you guys have seen.

During that period, i bought another host for dholaholic which is garunteed 100% to be online, 24/7 365 days a year. We have invested more money for a stable server that is being managed by technitions overseas.

Since the current database is corrupted, we have restored the database from 3rd Feb 2006 - LUCKILY i made that back up.

Meaning we have lost a significant ammount of posts and members. However, the members that were lost, about 20 have been imported back over but the posts haven't as they are corrupted. Nothing major has been lost apart from our Arcade games which we will have installed back as we kept all the files for that.

In the mean time, i will be upgrading the forum package now even though its 2AM, my self & the dholaholic team have been working all day and night to get it shifted to a new host and back online, transfering all files across.

I can assure you all this will NEVER happen again! you must all know we've had these silly down times with our old host which is not in our hands so we can't exactly talk to the server and say start working now etc...:w00t:

Anyone run into any problems just give me a shout.

This is the obvious, whos viewed your profile? BUT the system works for registered users that it only logs the ammount of views but it won't show you who has viewed it!

Premium members have the advantage to view the list of members that have seen their OWN profile and View other profiles and view THEIR list if they wanted to keep an eye out on some one... :ph34r:

If any "registered" member would like the benefit of this for what ever reason i will enable it for a small FEE, other than that it will log your "profile hits"

As you may have noticed, the template of the profile page has been "flipped" around to make it more interesting. I have added a CSS section in the "Extra Profile Options" found in USER CP. What this is, is that members can now design how they want their page to look like by using a custom code, you may want to copy and paste over your CSS from MySpace... experiment!
