they're aite, but if your gonna buy 1, buy the v3i RAZR...not the v3 RAZR only got 5meg memory and that's it and its only video playback on it...v3i's better got more stuff (including video capture) and an expandable memory slot for SD card etc.

i had the v3 last year...my screen froze so many times on the first week had to keep on taking the battery out to get it back...as i was on contract (luckily) i just told them about the problem and traded it for a Samsung D500..now just a few weeks back... got the v3i..so far it's been great...

I don't remember any of the phone's specifications but it definately looks hot . Oh except for that hump thing near the bottom. That just ruined the design imo
