Football: Summer Transfer Window

as always there's been loads of speculation of signings to clubs in the summer transfer window...so if there's any speculation, breaking news or u just want to discuss about transfers please post.

so far the biggest signings have been that of nani, anderson and hargreaves..by man utd who have scooped up these players early on for a total of under £50 million.

yeh so nani and anderson..havent seen much of them. i saw nani play a game in the under 21 euro championships and he was quite dissapointing, he was probably trying too hard.

Henry might leave arsenal LOL, it'll be good for other teams coz hes brilliant but if he does go i'll miss him because hes a fantastic player and very skilful..wuld be sad to see him leave the prem.

Spurs mite get Giuly(sp) from barca, hes a top player even if he is 31 lol.

and apparently mourinho wants to sign players on free transfers only..yeah rite lol

i think man utd will need to find a striker aswell, as smith has said he may quit united and saha is being sidelined until december. nani is a brilliant buy though, he's even been selected in the first team for portugal now... his goal in the euro qualifiers against Belgium a couple of weeks ago was quality:

yeah im really hoping henry doesnt leave! there's been alot of speculation about him moving to barca, ac milan or inter. i'm not saying this just because im an arsenal supporter lol...but even looking at him as a player from unbiased view he is quality and one of the best players to ever play in the premiership. also he's really influential in the arsenal team and if he leaves we might even see others following him!

yeah mourinho's trying to bag players for free now, despite having his unlimited transfer funds lol...so far he's got bayern munich striker claudio pizarro who's hoping for a higher wage at stamford bridge lol..he'll need a few other players though, as he has quite a few african players who will have to miss quite abit of next season when they have international duties at the african cup of nations.

spur's and west ham are battling it out for darren bent, with tottenham offering £17 million for him... although west ham claim to have got near to agreeing an undisclosed deal with charlton.

Ledley King is having his surgery now, hope he recovers fully, he's class. I'm happy as long as Berbatov doesn't move.

18 mill is a lot for dazza bent, but i guess hes sorta proven himself at premiership level. I wonder whos gona sign David Nugent, the guy has a lot of potential.

Liverpool: it's believed they're making a move for west ham midfielder, Yossi Benayoun

Tottenham: bent's turned down a move to west ham, and tottenham are looking like the favourites to capture him.

yeah jrttd i heard about benayoun, liverpool already offered a mill for him but west ham said that they were disgusted by that bid, wel sumthin along those lines lol

should be a class player in the prem, hes big, strong, fast, skillful, and can score goals, just what liverpool needed

Liverpoo are also chasing Heinze, if he moves there it will be the biggest judas since sol campbells move.
