Flawless Skin
Step 1: Cleansing. Simple as. Find a good cleanser that matches your skin type and stick with it. Don’t use soap bars, as they tend to make skin dry and harbour bacteria. But be careful not to cleanse to often- a wash at night and in the morning a rinse with lukewarm water should do. Use warm water to open pores, then a cleanser and end with a splash of cold water. A good cleansing regime is a must for great skin.
Step 2: Exfoliate By exfoliating, the top layer of the skin is removed, which means all dead skin cells are taken away. Do not over exfoliate or you may tear your skin as some exfoliates can be very abrasive.
Step 3: Moisturize. Don’t expect good skin without moisturising. Oily or dry skin, you will still benefit from moisturisers. When skin is tight, it’s asking to be moisturised but be careful not to over moisturise or else you may clog up your pores.
To ensure that you have flawless skin, keep to these three rules!
