1. Registration

The details provided by you upon Registration are important and must be true, correct and complete. You agree to notify us immediately of any changes which are relevant to your registration by emailing registration@dholaholic.com

As we cannot guarantee that this will always be the case we do not accept responsibility for any defects that may exist, or for any costs, loss of profits, loss of data, or consequential losses arising from your use of, or inability to access this site.

3.3 Your dealings with, and interest in, promotions, services, or merchants found on or via dholaholic.com, unless explicitly stated by us, are solely between you and the person with whom you are dealing. Should any dispute arise between you, dholaholic.com will do its best to help you resolve the situation, but we will not be responsible for any losses or damages that may arise from any such dealings.

3.4 We may provide - or our contractual partners may provide - links to other web sites or resources. We are unable to accept responsibility for these; neither can we be deemed to have endorsed their content.

4.2 You may not engage in any in any situation in spidering, "screen scraping," "database scraping," harvesting of e-mail addresses or other personal information, or any other automatic means of obtaining lists of users or other information from or through the dholaholic.com, including without limitation any information residing on any server or database connected to the site; or obtain or attempt to obtain unauthorized access to computer systems, materials or information through any means; or use the site in any manner with the intent to damage, disable, overburden, or impair the site; or frame the site with any other content or information without the prior written permission of dholaholic.com.

You are also responsible for making your own back-up arrangements.
